ESPRI-Mod is the result of the contribution of IPSL’s Climate Modeling Center (ICMC) to the ESPRI analysis platform.

On a national scale, the team provides support for the IPSL community and coordinates between the different academic partners and the French computing centers through the CLIMERI-France Research Infrastructure.

On a European scale, ESPRI-Mod acts within the ENES infrastructure in cooperation with other partnered centers and platforms.

Last but not least, a major part of the team’s activity consists in supporting ESGF : the international grid for distributing climate data, its implementation and services.
